Mr. Muhammad Bello Aliyu who hails from Sokoto State, holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Usman Dan Fodio University, Sokoto, M.Sc in Computer Science from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi. He is also a doctoral student at Kebbi State University of Science & Technology, Aliero, Kebbi State. He is the Registrar and CEO of the Computer Professionals (Registration Council) of Nigeria (CPN) Mr. Aliyu’s working experience spans Nigerian Educational Research and Development Council (NERDC); Member, National Executive Council of Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) NEC;Sokoto State Technical Assistant (STA) CPN JAMB CBT; State Chairman, Nigeria Computer Society, Sokoto State Chapter; Member, Council of CPN for two terms; Chairman, Direct Purchase Committee, Sokoto State University; National Vice President, Information Technology Systems and Security Professionals (ITSSP); Ex-Officio North, NITPCs; Treasurer, Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria, Bauchi Branch; Member, Bauchi State Emergency Response Team; Vice President International/Director of Growth and Development, Bauchi city Lom JCI Nigeria; LOM President, Bauchi City Lom) among others. Oluwatobi Noah Akande is an Associate Professor of Computer Science and a distinguished researcher specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Data and Information Security, and Biomedical Image Analysis. He currently leads the AI and Data Science component of the World Bank-sponsored IDEAS Skills Acquisition Training, where he oversees cutting-edge projects designed to address real-world challenges through innovative AI solutions.
Dr. Akande has consistently ranked among the top 500 researchers in Nigeria according to SCOPUS/SCIVAL metrics since 2021, a testament to his prolific contributions to academia and industry. His research portfolio includes advancements in data security, AI-powered sentiment analysis, and novel cryptographic techniques. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Ilorin, he has taught a wide array of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including Data Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Advanced Software Engineering, and Internet of Things.
In addition to his teaching and research, Dr. Akande has supervised numerous projects and theses at various academic levels, fostering the development of future leaders in technology. His commitment to education and research excellence positions him as a leading voice in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. He is an IBM certified cybersecurity analyst, IBM certified Data Analyst, Google certified Data Analyst and a NITDA Certified Data Professional. He is also an active member of professional bodies such as: IAENG Computer Science, Nigeria Computer Society (NCS), Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN) and Academics in IT Professions (AITP).
Amina Fadila Shehu is a Cyber Security Analyst at Cybersploit NG Ltd and a Cyber Security Consultant at Critical Skills Consultancy Services. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Baze University and a Master’s in Cybersecurity, Threat Intelligence, and Forensics with Distinction from the University of Salford, Manchester. Amina’s teaching and research focus on the integration of cybersecurity and data analytics, She has been the pioneer lecturer of Data Analysis using PowerBi for more than 8 years at Baze University. Amina excels at juggling multiple tasks and thrives in fast-paced settings. Her extensive involvement in academic teaching, industry consulting, and strategic security planning marks her as a key contributor in both educational and professional settings. She is currently the Head, Chancellors’ office at Baze University, Abuja.
Dr. Hakeem Babalola Akande is an accomplished academic, researcher, and IT professional with a profound impact on teaching, research, and industry. He currently serves as the Group Head of IT at KAM Holding, a multinational company renowned for its global operations and industrial excellence. His leadership at KAM Holding has been instrumental in the design and implementation of cutting-edge IT systems, including data centers, network infrastructures, and advanced security solutions.
Dr. Akande is a Lecturer in the Department of Telecommunication Science at the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, where he combines his vast industry experience with academic rigor to mentor the next generation of IT professionals. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science, a testament to his dedication to academic excellence and research innovation. His research portfolio showcases his proficiency in artificial intelligence (AI), focusing on its application to real-world problems. He has contributed significantly to areas such as AI-based fraud detection, optimization algorithms, and sentiment analysis. Dr. Akande’s work, including publications in esteemed journals and conferences, underscores his expertise in leveraging AI to address pressing challenges in telecommunications, healthcare, and network security.

Mr Etido Ekwere has over ten years of experience and skill in business development, data analytics, consulting, project & program management, learning, and development. He is passionate about unlocking the voice of data across institutions for social and sustainable development. Thus, he has enjoyed the privilege of initiating and managing high-impact projects. He is enthusiastic about imparting knowledge and expertise. His training services have helped people in 17 nations across five (5) continents. Etido holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Durham University and received a Certificate in Global Business (China in Context) from China’s Prestigious Tsinghua University. He is also a certified project manager with PMI, USA; an Authorized Training Partner with Project management Institute (PMI). He is well-decorated for his service to the Tableau community – In July 2021, he was recognized as a Tableau Featured Author and as a Tableau Public Ambassador in September 2022. He offers training around these subjects; Project Management (Agile & Predictive), Benefits Management, Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, Data Analytics (Using Tableau, PowerBI, EXCEL, R & Python), and Effective Business Cases.
Dr. Asmau Usman, PhD, is a seasoned scholar and technology professional with over 19 years of experience in academia and research, specializing in software engineering, data analysis, artificial intelligence, and digital innovation. She holds a PhD in Computer Science (Software Engineering/Artificial Intelligence) from Nile University of Nigeria, where her doctoral research produced TeXsdroid, an intelligent tool for automated test case generation for Android applications using machine learning.
Her expertise spans data analytics, predictive modeling, machine learning, and business intelligence, with proven proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Excel dashboards, Python, and SQL. She has authored and co-authored numerous publications in top-ranking international journals and conferences, contributing significantly to advancing knowledge in mobile application testing, AI-driven automation, and digital transformation.
Dr. Usman is a passionate advocate for digital skills development, with a particular focus on Data Analytics and Business Intelligence in Nigeria and across Africa. She actively promotes their integration into academia, research, and industry as critical tools for data-driven decision-making, innovation, and socio-economic growth. Through her work as a lecturer, researcher, and workshop facilitator, she has trained and mentored young professionals and students, equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in the digital economy.
She is an active member of several professional bodies, including IEEE, the Nigerian Society of Data Analysts and Business Intelligence Experts (NSDABIE), the Practical Artificial Intelligence Development Foundation (PAIDeF), and the Nigerian Computer Society (NCS). Her professional engagements include speaking at conferences, delivering trainings, and reviewing for international journals, underscoring her dedication to knowledge sharing, capacity building, and the promotion of digital innovation.
Beyond her academic and research contributions, Dr. Usman is deeply committed to leveraging digital technology to address real-world challenges in national security, economic development, and education. Her vision is to advance the frontiers of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence as transformative drivers of sustainable development in Nigeria and beyond.
Dr. Bridget Chinalu Ujah-Ogbuagu is a dynamic professional with over 15 years of experience in both industry and academia. She has robust expertise in computing, particularly in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics/science, database systems, cybersecurity, and digital technology innovations.
Dr. Bridget is currently a Senior Research Fellow and member of the faculty at the National Defence College, Nigeria, where she facilitates lecture planning and delivery, training, and research for the Hi-Tech Module of the Department of Science and Technology, Centre for Strategic Research and Studies (CSRS-NDC).
She obtained her Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Ilorin in 2023, and her Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), graduating with a CGPA of 4.39/5.0 in 2015. She was also among the best graduating students of the B.Sc. Computer Science program at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU), Class of 2010.
Dr. Bridget has led several impactful research projects and presented at reputable international conferences, publishing in high-impact journals, conference proceedings, and books. She has also spearheaded multiple technology-driven innovation projects spanning data modelling, data analytics, database development, data mining, and application development, including the conceptualisation and full development of the Situational Awareness Model for Counter-Terrorism, the ECOWAS Standby Force Database System, and the NDC Academic e-Repository, among others.
She is an experienced public speaker, engaging diverse audiences on emerging technologies and innovation, backed by advanced certifications and hands-on experience. She is a professional member of the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS), Nigeria Women in Information Technology (NIWIIT), and the Cybersecurity Experts Association of Nigeria (CSEAN), among others.
Dr. Bridget is passionate about applying technology, particularly data analytics, to solve real-world problems and foster sustainable development. She actively advocates and promotes data-driven decision-making and welcomes collaborations that leverage her experience and proven track record.
